We ran into a situation where we ended up having to close on a house while Walter was on vacation. He had let us know ahead of time that he would be taking that vacation so it didn't come as a surprise to us. But what was a very pleasant surprise, was how well he had prepared for that scenario in getting all the paperwork completed ahead of time, and following up while on vacation to ensure that everything went smoothly. I remember thinking to myself at that time if he can get this done while on a beach in Cuba, just imagine what he could've done while being here. Simply amazed by his level of service! |
